Shipping
We ship nationally and internationally via Courierpost/New Zealand Post.
Shipping costs:
- New Zealand: $10.70 per book – Rural Delivery Surcharge: $3.70 per book
- Australia: NZD$18.70 per book
- South Pacific: NZD$31.58 per book
- Asia: NZD$38.74 per book
- Rest of the World: NZD$42.63 per book
The cost of shipping is automatically calculated and displayed when you add an item to your shopping cart and select your country.
Approximate shipping times from us here in New Zealand are as follows:
- New Zealand: 2 to 4 working days
- Australia: 5 to 8 working days
- Rest of the world: 8 to 12 working days
Customs Information
For single book purchases you will most likely find that there are no extra costs, but if you have any concern please contact your local customs office for further information. You may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.
Additionally, when ordering from us, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.

Payment and Credit Card information
We can accept payment via credit card or internet banking. Any credit card information you enter while interacting with our website is securely transferred directly between your computer and the credit card services provider. This means that your credit card number and details are never sent to our server or stored by us in any way. Your payment information is sent to and processed by either Stripe or Paypal, depending on which service you choose on checkout. If you choose to save your credit card details, they are stored on the payment processor’s website, NOT our own.
Exchange Rates
All prices are displayed and charged in New Zealand Dollars (NZD). The approximate price in other currencies is also displayed for your convenience. The actual amount you will be charged in your currency depends on your bank and/or credit card provider’s exchange rates and fees but this is usually within 2% of the price displayed. To confirm that these prices are correct you may also like to check exchange rates using the Google Finance Currency Converter.
Tax/GST
Prices include GST for New Zealand shipping locations.
